The water smart gardens and homes rebate scheme gives you the chance to save water and money inside your home.

New South Wales

The rebate is available for the installation of any new rainwater storage system in residential properties in NSW.

Act

The ACT Government is offering a range of incentive and rebate programs including WaterSmart Homes and GardenSmart services, as well as rainwater tank rebates.

Queensland

The Queensland Government is offering WaterWise rebates to households across the State. Through the rebate scheme households will be able to obtain cash rebates for a number of water saving devices.

South Australia

A rebate of between $200 and $1000 is being offered towards the cost of purchasing and plumbing a rainwater tank to retrofit into your home for uses such as toilet flushing, clothes washing and for hot water supply.

• up to $800 to purchase new tank and connect to toilet, washing machine or hot water supply
